Wind down your evening with yin yoga. In a one-hour class, we may move through six postures. We passively hold postures for longer periods of time (2-5 minutes) in order to get into our ligaments, joints, and fascia, connective tissue. Don’t be fooled. It’s sometimes harder than it looks, and is not necessarily a restorative class. Bring layers, as it can be a cooling class. Available supports include blocks and a strap.
